Its been more than 6 months nico went to serve the army, its a quarter done but there's still 3 quarters left and it already feels like he's been in there for foreverrrr~ But before he got enlisted we manage to go on a mini getaway, wanted to go overseas but notice came too short so we settled for sentosa Amara Sanctuary Resort :)
when we checked in, our room wasn't ready and the staff offered us the one and only bigger room( the one protruding out on the second level) and yeah its so much more spacious than the one at the bottom i booked, lucky us
really lousy quality photos taken by this waterproof camera i bought from groupon which suckssssssssssssssss big time, the battery runs out in like 20mins?!
We were starving after the swim, decided on dinner buffet at shangri-la hotel~

we weren't allowed to bring cameras for any rides thus this is one of the very few pictures taken with yet again the suckssss big time groupon waterproof camera and nico requested to cover his face and anything unsightly which resulted in this outcome :/
Well, overall watercove park was quite a bit of disappointment, the rides were...........not at all exciting and the snorkeling water is freezing cold, to make it worst i saw dead fishes in it and also fishes caught in between corals~ poor fishhhhy. I had a great time with nico but i must say getaway in sg just doesn't work, it can't be compared to overseassssss.
