SUMMER CUPPA BLOUSE BY THE TINSEL RACK
In a matter of fact this top does not even have a name yet because it is an unreleased item. I named it that way just because I was drinking cappuccino at that point and the blouse felt like summer. This will probably be my "it" summer blouse for now. Light weight and a tad bit sheer, perfect! Exact date of release for this upcoming blouse has not been decided.
